HUMAN RESOURCE SUPPORT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
Abstract: A Lotus Notes application developed for automation of Leave application, Travel and medical Allowance Claims, Reimbursement procedures followed by the employees. With this system, these common workflows are automated very efficiently and in less time. An employee can apply for leave, claim allowances right from his desktop avoiding unnecessary paper work. The status of any application can also be monitored at any time making it very ideal software for human resource department.
