Job Profile: As a Programmer, Designed and Developed various projects using Lotus Notes, Specially Concentrated on Order booking, Billing Modules. Giving Sole Handed support for Existing Databases All over the Country. Frequent Replications are the part of the day.
PROJECT EXECUTED
Sales Management System (client)– This system involves automation of sales process.
The Marketing Executive creates a Customer profile.
The Quote is generated in Lotus Notes which can be forwarded in the mail.
After the Purchase order is received the Quote status is changed to PO received by the ME. This allows him to create a Sales Order Form (SOF).
After the SOF is created, it is send to the Group Head. The Group Head approves the SOF and sends intimation to the Order Execution Group.
The OEG in turn scrutinizes the SOF and it is informed to the ME and also to the Operations group for which they raise an Indent to Purchase.
The Purchase Executive raises the Purchase order and simultaneously the SOF status is updated. When the goods are received and the Good Receipt Note is generated the SOF is uploaded to JDE Edwards One World for generating a invoice.
The invoice details are also entered in Lotus Notes and the ME at any point of time can check the status of the SOF.
When the billing is done the Accounts Receivable module in Lotus Notes is populated from JDE Edwards
Leave Management System (web/client)– This system involves
Management of leave’s.
This application is a workflow system.
The Applicant submits the leave requisition, approver receives it through mail and approves/rejects it.
Mailing features are used.
The requisitioner is notified through mail about the status of his requisition.
Time Sheet & Conveyance System (web/client)- This system involves
management of Time Sheets & Conveyances of Engineers.
This application is a workflow system.
The Applicant enters his daily movements in the Time sheet created on the Intranet/Internet.
In the Time sheet the engineer defines the no. of calls attended every day and identifies the claimable calls.
The claimable calls are carried forward into the Conveyance form after end of each week.
The Engineer sends the same to the Manager approval and then for verification to the Accounts person.
After approval the Claim amount is uploaded to JDE and credited to the Engineers ERA account.
Mailing features are used.
The requisitioner is notified through mail about the status of his claims.
