Earlier, was responsible for supporting IBM's Global Services Operations Configuration Database (OPCONFIG). This included the development of 'C' code, SAS, and JCL scripts for various production level projects designed to keep the asset management database up to date and in sync. All projects were full life cycle tasks that were supervised, developed, and maintained under strict ISO9000 global best practices.
