The application will allow Alico staff to enter specific information about any new requests received from the client, and follow the entire workflow of the request process from start to end. The application will notify the designated users of any new requests that have been allocated to that unit, thus ensuring a speedy process and response to the client. In order to provide a long application life, the application will be designed With complete flexibility on the workflow and business processes. This flexibility will ensure the application will be able to meet Alico's future business needs and requirements, In addition the application will be equipped with multi-level security module to encompass the various users within Alico while ensuring a complete data integrity.

Description:
ELA was developed a Lotus Notes based Leave Approver System, which is client based Employees can login to the system and apply for the leave. This application consists of approval/rejection cycle. When one employee submits the leave application, email notification will be sent to the corresponding supervisor. The supervisor can access the leave application directly using the link/URL provided in the email notification. The person who submits the leave application will receive email notification, whether his request is approved or rejected. If no action is taken by the supervisor, before the leave start date, then the application will be considered avoid and will be deleted and will send an email notification to the requestor and he has to submit a new leave application. Administrators can configure the holidays, which will be used when calculating the number of leave days, total leave available to the employee and users of type supervisors, who will approve or reject the leave application from employee. The employee information database is used to get the details of an employee, such as the leaves remaining and leave balance is updated after approval or cancellation of a leave

Description: -
Enabling the existing client based application to be accessed from Browser. The EJF application is used to automate the process of the Joining Formality workflow each time a new associate is inducted into the Organization. This Form can be used by the Unit HR Facilitator to capture the various details that are needed when a New Associate joins the Organization. Application is divided into various modules namely Personal details Module, Address Module, Fitment Module, Education Module, E-mail ID Module.

The aim is to develop a client based applications, which will Give Information about the client system Configuration like Type of RAM, HDD, FDD Availability, Printer Monitor etc., on the network. Every separate machine should view the entire machine configuration from itself. In such a way how Resources can be protected in Distributed Environment and it has to keep track the versions of Resources.
