SUMMARY
I am an IT professional who willingly accepts any and all challenges. I was with my most recent employer, Keane, for eight years. I have worked with Lotus Notes designer, admin client, Internet software, Internet site design packages, and different e-mail software to either link, create or customize databases, design websites, design graphics and web graphics, design server systems, test software, repair configuration problems, write user manuals, coordinate installations or train end-users and system administrators. I have the ability to introduce IBM Lotus Notes to organizations and teach Notes, while bringing people up to speed on all of IBM Lotus Notes’ capabilities. I am one of only four people in the U.S. to complete all Notes R5 Development and Administrative courses, plus all advanced (Top Gun/Academy) and Sametime 3.0 admin courses. I have worked with wireless development using the HP IPAQ. I have a very good rapport with the user communities and could participate in setting up a Lotus Notes infrastructure with IT. I combine Photoshop with the appropriate software for website designs and graphics creation. I can offer solid communication skills along with the ability to deal with different political climates.
