Project Description
Polaris Software Lab Ltd has its framework in Empower™ (the in-house Employee Relationship Management portal). An associate who tends to book a guesthouse has to initiate a form in the Empower™. As a result, the form would be submitted in the form of a mail to his HR Facilitator. The HR Facilitator after implementing the eligibility check for him has to forward his mail to the Travel Department. The Travel Department has to approve or reject the mail according to the availability of the guesthouse.
Role Encompasses
Implemented an automated system for Travel Department of Polaris in such a manner that this project has been put into Production.
2. Event History Capture of Associates at Polaris as a Web Application using Lotus Domino 5.x :

Project Description
Polaris Software Lab Ltd has its framework in Empower™ (the in-house Employee Relationship Management portal).An Associate has to enter details about his events such as joined/Regularized/Confirmed date, EG/Reporting To, Cost To Company, Konark/HighPot Awards in Empower™. This helps
to maintain the details of each associate in such a manner that it is easy to collect all the information about an associate.
Role Encompasses
Designed the GUI design of the project and validated all the mandatory fields using JavaScript.
Implemented a facilitated system for my Internal Automation Team in such a manner that this project has been put into Production.
