Position held: Domino Infrastructure analyst for HSBC bank for EMEA Region .
Role: Domino Infrastructure Analyst for HSBC BANK of EMEA(Europe,Middle-East & Africa) region includes 600 Lotus Domino Servers on various platforms like AIX(pseries), AS400(‘I’series) & Windows 2003 Platform
Responsible for the optimal configuration performance measurement and operation of the Domino. Implemented technical strategies such as replications, database distribution strategies, trend analysis and recommendations, integration of new servers, implementation of infrastructure changes and capacity planning.Scope involves upgrade and replaced obsolete technologies at HSBC Bank setup spread across Europe-Middle east & Africa Region. Domino setup includes 953 Domino Servers and 4 Lac Users. Scope of position is expansive and includes installation, implementation, training, administration and management of Lotus Domino R7 setup.
Coordinating with the subordinate Engineers and giving them online solutions as and when required. Providing technical help and troubleshooting of remote location servers/clients. Setting up and Configuring new Servers,.

Ø Project done for changing the organization name in the address book with keeping a alias to the old one as per the request .Necessary changes done in Webauth and Homepage for the conventional name change in the URL for accesing the mails thru Web/Internet.
Ø Successfully completed the project for Configuration of SSL(Secure Socket Layer) for WEBMAIL access
Ø Project done for the Generation of CSR(Certificate Signing Request)by mentioning the required details of the new name of the company and uploaded in the CA(Certificate Authority)site for creating a new MX record in the new name of the company.
