CRISIL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTRE (Mumbai)
Role: Mail Administration for CRISIL includes handling 50 Lotus Notes servers on NT/Windows platforms & approx. 3000 clients in across countries.
The daily tasks includes mail queue monitoring, Database quota management, setting/trouble shooting of access controls, trouble shooting for web access, SMTP problems, weekly Antivirus updation on all servers, monitoring of bulletin boards, analysis of Log.nsf for replication/mail routing problems. Using report database to generate and analyze monthly mail traffic reports. Setting up ECLs, replication conflicts, offline access, user management like Creation/Recertification/Deletion of users.
Coordinating with the subordinate Engineers and giving them online solutions as and when required. Providing technical help and troubleshooting of remote location servers/clients. Setting up and Configuring new Servers, Laptops and Desktops according to corporate standards.

Project done for changing the organization name in the address book with keeping a alias to the old one as per the request .Necessary changes done in Webauth and Homepage for the conventional name change in the URL for accesing the mails thru Web/Internet.
Successfully completed the project for Configuration of SSL(Secure Socket Layer) for WEBMAIL access
Project done for the Generation of CSR(Certificate Signing Request)by mentioning the required details of the new name of the company and uploaded in the CA(Certificate Authority)site for creating a new MX record in the new name of the company.
