Details
a) The Med KM (MICS Offline) system enables field-based Medical Liaisons to access medical information documents in Lotus Notes databases.
b) Medical Liaisons (MLs) and Medical Liaisons Associates (MLAs) use Med KM System databases as a communication system.
c) The Content Submission database is used to publish, delete, or deny documents in the content databases of the different therapeutic areas. In the Content Submission database, the MLs submit a request to publish new content, publish modified content, or publish content to other therapeutic areas. The MLs can also submit a request to delete a document. The MLAs process the requests to publish, delete, and deny.
d) Upon publishing, the document moves from the Content Submission database to their respective content databases based on the configured agent.
e) A lookup at the taxonomy (keyword) database is performed by the Content Submission database to access the different categorization levels under which the documents will be published.

Details
The PCR/LPA System provides the workflow functionality handling creation, submission and routing of Price Change Requests and Launch Price Approvals.
It has a workflow engine that provides a consistent business flow for different affiliates that are selected by the users while creating a PCR/LPA request. Moreover the key/non-key product categorization on the PCR/LPA request determines the process flow in the review process of the PCR/LPA after it is submitted.
Each PCR/LPA request comprises of a single request document and has a unique ID associated with it. The system allows users to navigate through the application and see a particular PCR/LPA document via different views either by Affiliate, Requester, Current Approver, Date Created, Request Number, Aging or Approval Level.

Details The Customer Response Tracking System (CRTS) is a project management workflow tool, used by product teams, to track requests for work, responses to requests, and the location of the end response. The system also provides metrics reports. The system does not interface with other systems.
