As an IT professional having expertise in the field of Networking & Communications and proud to quote my project based experience of working with two Offshore International Call Centers successfully operating in Lahore namely Regtel Enterprises & TransData.
I experienced in dealing with Telco to obtain license for operating blended international call center as well as I processed to signup relevant corporate level services. I dealt with different vendors providing IT enable services as well.
The turning point & edge in my career was to learn the revolutionary “VoIP” technology by working with seniors. This enabled me to focus on upcoming issues relating to International Call Centers.
