Roles & Responsibilities:
• To understand the existing business requirements and provide support accordingly.
• Worked on ZMerge software, where ZMerge is the award-winning import, export, merge and data integration tool for Lotus Notes & Domino.
• Worked on ECS State Policy Database: This database is used to store documents on legislation, codes, programs, board policies, rules and regulations, etc. It has been used primarily by the ECS Clearinghouse staff to track selected pieces of legislation. Documents may be grouped by user-defined report codes, state, and topic. Views and merge documents can be used for printing selected documents. Information from the weekly e-mail update from Westlaw is imported and modified to create separate documents for each item. State legislation documents on the website directly link to views in this database so information on the website is always current.
• Developed Meeting Registrations Databases: The registration database created for each meeting provides for a record of meeting attendees, including speakers and key constituents. The database also provides for complete information about the program sessions and the associated speakers. . The speaker status is tracked and invitation and confirmation letters are easily generated.
• Worked on Approval Forms Database: This database provides a place from which organizations can manage their electronic approvals. The Travel Authorization form, Publication/Subscription order form and Time Sheets/Projected Time sheets are currently stored here.
An electronic signature is created by the user name / user ID. Only the person designated as the Approver can approve or deny a request. A travel approval form may be edited by the person who created it, the traveler or the approver, so the data is not truly "secure" in the sense that once it is approved it cannot be modified, but for travel authorization purposes, editing of the form is necessary (for schedule changes, etc.). The time sheet and projected time sheets may not be edited once they are approved.
Any form that will be used for electronic approval will be stored in this database. The security level can be changed for other forms as needed.

The user needs to raise a Ticket to the Infrastructure manager about his problem and the manager will act accordingly upon the Priority of the Ticket. After the resolution of the Ticket a Notification will be mailed to the user with the Technical Solution.

• Working with Tata Consultancy Services Team as a part of Designing, Maintenance & Enhancement of the application.
• Developed OP Application related to Employee details, service details & Feedback System and have developed Agents which are
used in Application Maintenance.
• Attending client Review meetings and assist them with innovative solutions in implementation.
• Analyzing the Data “Data Analysis” every fortnight to generate various reports on all the required parameters, that are used to asses the performance of each user/section/department or the secretariat as a whole. Data Analysis involves generation of reports from notes database, manipulating excel and Microsoft Access.
• Customer Call Management and Hand Holding to End-Users.
• Training to End-Users, which include State Ministers and IAS officers who work in AP secretariat.
• Implementation of CaringGov in departments with around 200 users in each with Good Customer Liaison.

Description:
CaringGov project is the biggest Lotus notes project in Asia. It is a Product, intended to automate the functions of the Secretariat of the State Government of Andhra Pradesh in India. The predominant work done by the Secretariat is workflow intensive, i.e., there is a lot of flow of information in the form of “files” from one officer to another in this process for seeking opinions, approvals, comments, etc. Some of this work requires document management and the creation and maintenance of Databases that hold data critical to the decision making process.
The project involved the design & development of workflow processes and file management system that meet the requirements of these Departments in addition to the development of database-intensive applications.
