Project Summary:
Incident logger raises the service request by filling the details in the service request form. After submitting , the document is being stored in the All Unallocated Incidents column in the front home page. When Incident engineer logs in, he opens the document and he may take ownership of himself else if service manager loggs in, he will assign to Incident engineer. When Incident Engineer opens the document, and assigning himself then the document will be moved from All Unallocated Incidents to My Incidents.The Incident Engineer can mark the call as Mark in progress and can wait for the customer response(awaiting feedback).After he gets the response then he can mark the call resolved and finally service manager closes the incident.Suppose if the Incident Engineer marks as fixed and unresolved then Service Manager will re-assign the task to other Incident Engineer.

Project Summary:
It is a workflow application that is developed for CSS Sales Team. It works both in Lotus Notes Client and web. The user types for this application are Sales person, BCG Manager, BCG Team Member, Marketing Manager, Marketing Team member and Administrator. Sales person sends the sales request to BCG manager. If Market research is needed for that request BCG manager send it to Marketing Manager. Marketing Manager assigns a marketing team member work on it and marketing team member send a report BCG manager. If the report send by Marketing team Member is valid, then BCG manager assigns a BCG team member to work on it and will send the report back to BCG Manager will be send to sales person later by BCG Manager. All the system configurations are done by Administrator
