Project Description:The Integrated Sales Management System is a web based sales management system that contains various modules starting from Quotation till Customer Invoice. It has all features that a typical ERP sales application has. Also, this application deals with transactions at Item Level which otherwise means that it deals with Many to Many, Many to One, One to Many and Many to Many transactions between each related modules. This application contains 140+ screens with 7 very critical modules such as (1) Quotation (2) Order Receive (3) Order Issue (4) Incoming (5) Customer DO (6) Customer Invoice (7) Credit Note & Debit Note.Apart for these modules, there are host of other sections to control master data and user data. This application also contains several reports designed in Crystal Decisions to Visual Studio 2003. All reports are generated directly in PDF format for ultimate convenience of customer. Project Description:This application caters of host of users in Thailand client place to apply for a Business Trip application and get it processed by the travel administrator. While submitting the application, the user is queried to choose the relevant first level & second level approvers from the list generated by the system based upon their approval criteria (predefined setup documents). The application is routed initially to the first approver who is selected from the list. Then it goes to the second level approver only if the first level approver approves it. Finally, it reaches the travel administrator for further processing of the tickets required for this trip.The main features of the application is: (1) Each applicant trip is recorded in the applicant’s Notes Calendar once the applicant application has been approved. A scheduled agent performs this process at regular intervals.(2) If the application is pending for more than the number of days specified in the setup document, then a mail notification will be sent to both applicant and approver to remind about the approval. This database contains Dental PTS Problem Call Logs, Catalyst Orders, SIS Orders, Anesthetic Complaint Forms and Reference Lists for the creation of Call Logs. Dental PTS is a database of call logs recording & tracking problems, orders, requests, etc received by the Dental SSR's. This database relies heavily on the Dental Practitioners Database. The Dental PTS Database performs lookups to the Dental Practitioners Database to populate Caller information based on the caller's telephone number.
My role is to study the whole functionality of this database and work on enhancements to this database.

Once the Database Steward or Database Owner at on-site approves the changes, the database will be Promoted to Production. 36 Databases are ready to get promoted till date.
