The System maintains complete information of products and Components from suppliers and vendors based on categories and Sub-categories. Additionally, system maintains information about related spare parts, Brochures, Technical Documentation, Installation Guides and images.
Inventory & Stock Management System:
The system maintains the stock status of all products based on In/Out Transactions. The system automatically updates the stock of products whenever some GRN (Goods Receive Note) or SIN (Store Issue Note) recorded in system along with related sales and purchase information.
CPV System:
CPV System maintains information about Competitors, Principals and Vendors along with complete offices and contacts information. Additionally all correspondence related data maintained here. The system automatically maintains history of all correspondence, which is being carried out through emails.
Customer Care/Services System:
The system facilitates recording of Customer Information e.g. Offices, Concerning Person contact information, sales history etc. The system also maintains customer correspondence history done via emails. System also facilitate recording of problems occurred at customer sites, Assignment of problem rectification job, site visits by concerning engineer and job accomplishment report.
