Incident Defined

An incident is defined as 1 request for support where support can be successfully delivered by LavaTech in 1 hour or less. We will notify you prior to beginning the work if we believe the incident is going to require additional time to complete. For example, a development project would not be considered an incident - we offer separate consulting services where we can produce a formal estimate for those cases. Incidents are intended to resolve short to medium technical problems in a rapid response manner.

1 Year Defined

1 year of support means 1 full year from the date of signup. For example, from December 1, 2006 to December 1, 2007. It is advantageous to purchase enough incidents to cover what you believe you will need for 1 year given that the cost per incident decreases as the number of incidents rises.

Online Meeting Technology

We use gotomeeting.com for our online meeting needs. Uses internet port for easy access even behind most firewalls.
