Need quick support for a critical issue? Your application is reporting an error and you don't know why? Your server keeps crashing and you can't determine the cause? We can jump into an online meeting with you and take a look. Very cost effective and fast.
Time & Materials Contract
We bill our time in 0.1 hour intervals. Along with invoices, we will send full time documentation for work we complete for you under a time & materials contract. Working fast and being accurate and transparent about the billing keeps customers happy.
By Project - Fixed Cost
You are nervous. You have never worked with us before. You ask yourself, "What if they screw up? What if they aren't worth the cost?" For new customers we prefer the first contract to be fixed cost. Our preference is a short deliverable (a 1 page proposal) where you get something of value at a fixed cost. You get to see how we work, we deliver something of quality in a short time. Everyone is happy and you feel confident that you are going to get what you pay for. This helps us retain long term customers. We are building a relationship with you and a relationship requires trust. A short term fixed cost project out of the gate is a great foundation to a long term relationship.
