Retrieving emails through POP3: 03/06/2008

Im using lotus Domino 6.5. I have three notes clients 2 of them can retreive emails using POP3 however the third one is not.(knowing that it worked for one month after it is first used as POP3 and suddenly it stoped sending emails for that specific user using pop3. ( the three of them has internet password). Is there anything should be done from the user configuration document?

or the domino server blocking that account specifically from using the POP3 ?????

You can test the pop3 port using notesping (do a google). And check the accounts view(under advanced) in the person's name.nsf.
