What configuration shall I change since some of the users are going to start accessing mail from their mobiles!

Well v8.0.1 has a web access that might work on mobile. Also there is Lotus Traveler just out for microsoft mobiles. BB has worked for awhile for Domino. And we sell Wireless Mail for any device with an email address.
